Mind break : The beginning

My name is Jay Garrick. I'm 23 currently i am writing a thesis for my post graduation.

I come from a well to do family . They supported me my entire life . But I wanted to stand up on my own two feet .

I left my home and started living in dorms offered by the university.

Im always short handed when it comes to money so i work part time by doing random jobs . Working at the hospital and morgue as the janitor , sometimes in a restraunt as a waiter , sometimes I wash someone's car , and other times I am running my life on my parents support money .

There's so much you can do . My university allows for work as long it doesn't hinder your grades . So it's allout field day for me .

and this was the day i learnt an important lesson :

Always read the damn terms and conditions.

My day started the same. Waking up at 9.50am and rushing to my classes realising that there are only a few minutes left . My lectures began at 10.00 am .

Skipping lunch to save some money. Working at a restaurant near the university to pay off for some of my expenses.

When that ends I crash on my bed and browse the internet for some jobs that might pay more for just 10 minutes and then Casually browsing the web and wondering when will my life change.

That night I was casually browsing the internet in my dorm . Suddenly the lights went out I was unfazed since it was nothing new to me I just signed and woke up from my bed when someone blocked my nose with a handkerchief which contained an inhalation anesthetic .

It knocked me out within seconds of breathing it .

And I was kidnapped from my dorm .

No trace of my presence was left as if I was non existent.

I was unconscious on the journey but when I came to I found myself sitting on a chair in a dark room when suddenly a light bulb was switched on and beneath the bulb was a man in a soldier uniform was sitting with his legs crossed .He looked like he was a general or at least a colonel . His hair had gone white from the constant tension . He held a ciggar in his mouth and a smile on his face and his first sentence was
